To be considered for Elite Membership you must be:
-
Commissioned for a minimum of two (2) years,
-
Signing Agent for a minimum of one (1) years,
-
Minimum of 120 signings in that one (1) year period

OR equivalent experience in the industry.

Notary in good standing with SOS
-
Certification is relevant but not required
-
Background in the mortgage industry is relevant but not required.

SA work history with at least one Title Company

Supply two referral letters from companies you have done work for. Must be faxed direct to UNAA.
NOTE:
If you do not meet the above listed requirements, take note of the item
on the application that says, 'If you do not meet the requirements,
tell what other background or experience you have that may qualify you
for Elite membership'.
You can also submit a resume for
review in lieu of the reference letters but include references on the
resume with contact information. If you have reference letters on file
from companies you have worked for you may send those in also.

Approval
is at the sole evaluation/discretion of the Director. Once accepted
into Elite Membership a member must hold true to the UNAA Code of
Ethics. This includes actions and behaviors outside of business
affairs. There will be a reporting system by which Companies can give
positive or negative feedback on an Elite member. There will be a
three-strike policy for Elite members. If a company makes a negative
report on an Elite member, the UNAA will investigate and make a determination if this warrants being acknowledged as a strike. We will also encourage positive feedback from companies.
If a member receives three-strikes they will be eliminated from Elite
Member status for 6 months at which time they may re-apply.

Companies may use this link to report 'Exceptional Customer Service' or
negative issues with an Elite Member. Keep in mind negative feedback
will be given great consideration and will need to be proven before
considering it as a strike.
Exceptional Customer Service reports will be posted.
We
may consider limiting the number of Elite members according to a
geographical per capita basis. This is yet to be determined.
